Agree with the others that quality seems to have gone down in recent years. Used to love the brown sugar milk here. Last 2 times I was here, the milk was sour. Staff is nice enough and probably would’ve replaced it, but I didn’t find out until too late.

DO NOT ORDER the Mango Purple Rice Yogurt. The mango tasted sour with a noticeable bitter/astringent flavor, almost like parts near the peel were blended in. The outside of the mango pieces was overly sweet while the inside was still very sour, making the flavor quite unpleasant. The purple rice was also undercooked, with some grains still hard in the center. This was honestly one of the worst drinks I’ve had. That said, the Royal No. 9 Milk Tea tasted fine, so I’d recommend sticking with their tea drinks instead.

This place impressed me! I'm not a big tea fan but their brown sugar creme brulee milk was amazing, and my partner really enjoyed the taro brown sugar drink. The bobas were slightly warm which was interesting with the cold drink! I'd come here again.

One of the higher quality bubble tea shops around. Their drinks are on the sweeter side so better to get less sweetness level. They have a very big selection of drinks and toppings. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious interior in a superb location right beside the Regal theater.
